Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Shipped with a tracking number
  • Registered with our customer service team prior to returning

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or Damaged Items: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer-Initiated Returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, doesn’t fit): You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Received a Faulty Item?

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the damage
  • If the parcel was damaged in transit: a photo of the outer packaging

Received the Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong item, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you were supposed to receive
  • The item you actually received
  • A clear photo of the incorrect item

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
